কীভাবে WBSEDCL ইলেক্ট্রিসিটি Bill Payment করবেন : Tutorial in Bengali

WBSEDCL অর্থাৎ পশ্চিমবঙ্গ রাজ্য বিদ্যুৎ বন্টন কোম্পানি হলো পশ্চিমবঙ্গের সর্ব বৃহত বিদ্যুৎ বন্টন সংস্থা, পশ্চিমবঙ্গের ৯৬ শতাংশ বিদ্যুতের যোগান দেয় এই সংস্থা। এটি সম্পূর্ণরূপে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের মালিকানাধীন এবং এটির সদর দফতরটি কলকাতার বিদ্যুৎ ভবনে অবস্থিত, WBSEDCL এর মূল ব্যবসাটি বিদ্যুৎ বিতরণ এবং জল বিদ্যুৎ উৎপাদন, জাতীয় গ্রামীণ বিদ্যুতায়ন নীতি অনুসারে রাজ্যের সমস্ত গ্রামীণ পরিবারগুলিতে বিদ্যুৎ পরিসেবা পৌছানোর লক্ষ্যে রাজ্যে গ্রামীণ বিদ্যুতায়ন কাজ করার জন্য এটি পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের নোডাল কর্তৃপক্ষ।

WBSEDCL 5 টি জোন, 20 আঞ্চলিক অফিস, 76 টি বিতরণ বিভাগ এবং 530 গ্রাহক সেবা কেন্দ্রের বিস্তৃত পরিষেবা নেটওয়ার্কের মাধ্যমে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ জুড়ে 2 কোটিরও বেশি বিশাল গ্রাহক বেসকে বিদ্যুৎ সরবরাহ করে।

অনলাইনে বিল পে:

গৃহস্ত এবং বাণিজ্যিক উভয় ব্যবহারকারীর জন্য ত্রৈমাসিক বিল প্রদানের অনেকগুলি পদ্ধতি রয়েছে।

আপনি অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট বা পেটিএম(Paytm), ফোন পে(Phone Pe), গুগল পে(Google Pay), মবিক্বিক(Mobikwik),  ফ্রিচার্জ এবং বেশ কয়েকটি ব্যাংকিং অ্যাপ্লিকেশন, যা ভারত বিল পে প্ল্যাটফর্মের উপর ভিত্তি করে তৈরি করে বিলগুলি পরিশোধ করতে পারেন। এই ব্লগে আমি কেবল অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট এবং Vidyut Sahayogi("বিদ্যুত সহযোগী যেটি WBSEDCL এর অফিসিয়াল অ্যাপ) অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে প্রদান সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করব।

অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে প্রদানের প্রক্রিয়া:

• সর্ব প্রথম  https://www.wbsedcl.in/ এই ওয়েবসাইটে যান। 
• এবার Consumer Corner অপশন টিতে যান।
• তারপর এই পথ টি অনুসরন করুন :Consumer corner> Pay Online> Online Payment> Quick Pay(Bill).
• এবার পেমেন্টের জন্য নতুন একটি ট্যাব খুলবে।
• পেমেন্ট উইন্ডো তে যাওয়ার জন্য  https://www.wbsedcl.in/webdynpro/dispatcher/local/QUARTERLYONLINEPAYMENT/OnlineBillPay এই লিঙ্কটি ও অনুসরন করতে পারেন।
• এখন আপনাকে আপনার Consumer ID এবং বাক্সে প্রদত্ত Captcha কোডটি এন্টার করতে হবে এবং এগিয়ে বাটনে ক্লিক করতে হবে।

পেমেন্ট উইন্ডোতে বিল নির্বাচন 

• বিলারের নামটি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে প্রদর্শিত হবে তারপরে আপনাকে আপনার ই-মেইল আইডি (ঐচ্ছিক) এবং 10 ডিজিটের মোবাইল নম্বর এন্টার করতে হবে এবং "View Unpaid Bills" বোতামটি ক্লিক করতে হবে।

• তারপরে সমস্ত পরিশোধ যোগ্য বিল মাস অনুসারে প্রদর্শিত হবে এবং আপনি যে বিলগুলি পরিশোধ করতে চান তা আপনি বেছে নিন এবং Proceed বোতামটি ক্লিক করুন।
• তারপরে আপনি পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে বিলডেস্ক(Billdesk) বা পেটিএম(Paytm) বেছে নিন।
• একটি গেটওয়ে করার পর ক্রেডিট কার্ড,ডেবিট কার্ড, নেট ব্যাঙ্কিং ইত্যাদির মধ্যে একটি পদ্ধতি নির্বাচন করতে হবে।

• সফল অর্থপ্রদানের পরে একটি পেজ আসবে যা আপনাকে রসিদটি ডাউনলোড করতে বলবে (আপনি অন্য লিঙ্কে গিয়েও রিসিপটি ডাউনলোড করতে পারেন), সেখান থেকে আপনি রসিদটি ডাউনলোড করতে পারেন।

আপনি বিদ্যুৎ সহযোগী  অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে আপনার বকেয়া বিলগুলি পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন, এটি WBSEDCL এর অফিশিয়াল অ্যাপ।

• আপনাকে গুগল প্লেস্টোর থেকে অ্যাপটি ডাউনলোড করতে হবে।
• তারপরে আপনাকে অর্থ প্রদানের আগে নিজেকে এক্সজিটিং গ্রাহক হিসাবে নিবন্ধন করতে হবে।
• এখন আপনি পেমেন্ট বিল বিভাগে আপনার ভোক্তার বিশদটি দেখতে পাবেন।বিশদটিতে আলতো চাপুন, আপনাকে বিল প্রদানের উইন্ডোতে পুনঃনির্দেশিত করা হবে।
• বাকী প্রক্রিয়া উপরে উল্লিখিত প্রক্রিয়াটির মতোই।

WBSEDCL or West Bengal Sate Electricity Distribution Company limited is the major electricity distributor in West Bengal. It is fully owned by Government Of West Bengal and it is Headquartered at Vidyut Bhavan in Kolkata.The main business of WBSEDCL is distribution and hydro generation of electricity. It is also the nodal Authority of the Government of West Bengal for undertaking Rural Electrification task in the State with objective of providing access of electricity to all rural households in the state in line with the National Rural Electrification Policy. 
WBSEDCL provides power to a huge customer base of more than 2 crore across West Bengal through its service network spanning 5 Zones, 20 Regional Offices, 76 Distribution Divisions and 530 Customer Care Centers.

Pay Bills Online:

There are many methods of payment of Quarterly bills for both domestic and commercial users.

You can pay bills via official website or any third party apps like Paytm, Phone Pe, Google Pe, Mobikwik, Freecharge and several banking apps which are build on Bharat Bill pay platform. In this blog I will discuss only about paying through official website and Vidyut Sahayogi (The official app by WBSEDCL).

Process Of payment through official website:

• At first open the website https://www.wbsedcl.in/ 
• Then Go to the Consumer Corner option
• Then follow the path Consumer corner> Pay Online> Online Payment> Quick Pay(Bill)
• A new tab will be opened
• You Can follow the direct link to go to bill payment window : https://www.wbsedcl.in/webdynpro/dispatcher/local/QUARTERLYONLINEPAYMENT/OnlineBillPay

• Now you have to enter your consumer id and and captcha code given in the box and click on proceed button
• The biller name will be automatically showed then you have to enter your E-mail Id(Optional) and 10 digit mobile and click the "view unpaid bill" button.
• Then the all unpaid bills will be showed by month wise and you have choose the bills for which months you have pay and click on next buton.
• Then you have choose the payment gateway Billdesk or Paytm.
• Choosing one gateway you have to select a method among Credit card , Debit Card, Net banking etc.

• After the succesful payment there will be a page asking you to download the reciept(You can also download the reciept visiting a another link), from where you can dowmload the reciept.

Process Of payment through Vidyut Sahayogi:

You can pay your due bills via Vidyut Sahayogi app, which is the official app by WBSEDCL.

• You have to download the app from Google Playstore.
• Then You have to register youself as excisting consumer before payment.
• Now you can see your consumer details on pay bills section.
• Tap on the details, you will be redirected to the bill payments window.
• The remaining process is same to the process that mentioned above.
